The location is especially convenient for anyone working around the TSMC/North Phoenix area, with easy access to Loop 303, the West Valley, Peoria, Glendale and North Phoenix.

All utilities are included in the monthly rent, including electricity, water, trash and internet.

The kitchen and dining area are shared. The main living room is reserved for our family and is not part of the shared rental space.

Driveway parking is available. Garage parking and garage storage are not included.

We are a small family living in the home. We keep the house clean, quiet and respectful and value privacy and clear boundaries. We are looking for a responsible roommate who is clean, considerate and treats the home well.

This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. No smoking of tobacco, marijuana/cannabis or any other substance is permitted on the property. No pets.

Background and identity verification are required before move-in.

Month-to-month rental. Ideally looking for someone planning to stay at least 6 months. Written rental agreement and security deposit required.
