My home sits on 2 acres with a 30 foot deck and walk up ramp for convenience with groceries. There is a Frys grocery store 3 miles from my home and dollar store 2 miles away. There are places to walk and exercise with nice views I plant winter grass in the winter and the home has plenty of trees for shade in the summer months. We keep a clean home and dont do drugs and respect one another. Come out and visit and see if we are a good fit. It has a walk in closet and a private bathroom w/d on site. My home has a fireplace for the cold winter months and I plant winter grass. You share a full refrigerator with one other person I have my own and plenty of cabinet space for your food. 70 inch TV in the living room for sports or a good movie. Very peaceful outside and i have 24 trees in the front yard. You have your own 12k AC unit in your room and you can make it as comfortable as you like and a radiator heater for winter no dry air plowing on you drying everything out.
