My property sits on 2 acres full of trees and a grass yard with a fire pit. Should be clean and respectful. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or make anything you like and we are responsible for doing our own dishes after we eat. We have a 30 ft deck with chairs to enjoy the outdoors yard is full of trees and a grass yard. Living room has a 75inch TV for sports and movies there is a fireplace in the living room and I do occasionally have a nice fire in the winter. I live with one other female renter and we are friendly. My last renter Ken moved in with his girlfriend he was here for 2 years and he will be missed. Come by and meet your future friends.
