Furnished room for rent

We are renting out two private rooms in a clean, comfortable home. Each room is spacious with great natural light and ample closet space. Rooms can be rented furnished for $800 per month or unfurnished for $900 per month, depending on your preference. A $800 security deposit is required.
The home is shared with one other working individual who is typically away Monday through Friday for most of the day, creating a quiet and peaceful environment. You will have your own private bathroom; however, if the second room is rented, the bathroom will be shared with just one other tenant.
Shared spaces include a well-maintained kitchen with plenty of cabinet space and appliances, as well as a comfortable living area perfect for relaxing. The home offers a welcoming atmosphere and is ideal for clean, responsible, and respectful tenants. There is also a community pool and a park near by in a safe clean neighborhood.

Preferred 6 month to 1 year lease.
