Walking and bicycle pathways, 4 (four) pool/jacuzzi/club house areas (2 within 1/8 mile), Horseshoes, Shuffleboard (16), Pickleball, Tennis, 18 hole Golf course, Sports Bar, Coffee Shop Cafe, many different clubs/ activities. Performing Arts Center; Bingo, Karaoke, Movies, Club Events. (No Community Membership Charges.) US Post Office within community, (500 yards from my house).

Each person (myself, and the one roommate) has one half of a double-wide trailer (Park Model); bedroom and living room/television room. (Bedroom has TV also; Roku available.) Private entry for each half. Roommate has 1/2 bath in bedroom; both will share full-bath and kitchen/kitchen table. Storage shed/laundry room. Covered parking. Internet and water included. Share 1/2 electric bill.

(Me) Name: Brad Giffin; Male, Divorced, Semi-retired, 62 yrs old. Walk or bicycle each day, gym time afterwards, and then maybe golf practice or jacuzzi. I like to read and cook. Do-It-Yourself type. Church (non-denominational) on Sunday. Clean; laundry, dishes, bathroom, & garbage take out. - Prefer same. I use “Alexa” to turn on and off the lights; and you can choose to do so or not. Other than that I am pretty quiet; mostly dining in the covered sun room where I have a television.

I lived in Los Angeles County for 38 years. I moved here 3 years ago to take care of an aging parent. My brother and sister happen to live here in Maricopa County. Politically I have issues about both Rep’s and Dem’s. Both parties get used by very powerful interests with agendas to fulfill. I try to keep an open ear out for both sides. - I will listen to more than just popular corporate sponsored television and radio stations to be informed. I also listen to the issues being debated, versus voting by strict party line. (Communication, both ways, is always a necessity. That’s where the heart is found. That is the heart of the matter.)
