Needing someone to take over my room

Master Bedroom Available – $850/month

I’m moving out of state and unfortunately can’t stay for the remainder of my lease, so I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease. The lease runs through July of next year.

Room includes:
• Master bedroom
• Private bathroom
• Walk-in closet
• Balcony access
• Gated community
• Conveniently located near an outlet/shopping area
• $850/month
• Electricity varies each month
• WiFi available

About the household:
Both current roommates are part of the LGBTQ+ community, so we’d prefer someone who is LGBTQ+ friendly and respectful. The roommates are quiet and generally keep to themselves, so the home has a relaxed and private atmosphere.

Pets: The new roommate is welcome to have a cat or dog, if they wish, as long as the pet follows the apartment community’s policies.

Background Check: If you’re seriously interested and ready to move forward, I will cover the cost of the required background check for the new tenant.
