Spare room for rent - all utilities included

My partner and I are looking for a clean, quiet roommate in a gated community. Rent includes utilities, access to upstairs laundry, a parking space in a garage, various streaming services and a large shared kitchen/living room space for use. The room comes with a small walk in closet, a mounted tv (removable if desired) and you'll have access to a double sink bathroom that will potentially be shared with a 2nd roommate. Conveniently located in East Mesa near a WinCo, Fry's, Sprouts, a few Walmarts, and Costco with close access to the US 60 and loop 202. Light rail access is also only a few miles away with a park and ride.

We prefer nonsmokers. We're generally a nerdy house - lots of board games, video games, books, crafting, etc. The house is usually pretty quiet with the occasional friends over to play TCGs or board games (usually planned in advanced). We have a small dog that is generally shy but pretty friendly once you get to know him.
