Shared Bathroom

We have one unfurnished room available and ready for you! The room comes with a closet organizer and a nice open window with a view of the neighborhood.

You’ll share a bathroom with two other roommates. Our home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, close to parks, trails, and plenty of stores.

Utilities are included in the rent, and we all do our part to keep the home tidy however you’ll just need to take care of your own space and clean up after yourself. (The home is cleaned by us)

There’s a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a half bathroom downstairs, plus a backyard that’s perfect for looking at the stars. You’ll have one parking space, and there’s guest parking available nearby. The garage is mostly used for storage and as a designated smoking area.

Roomates:
We’re a fun, easygoing house. We all enjoy a good adventure in our own way while also love our quiet space.

Our home includes a few furry friends — T has a sweet senior cat, A has a playful 2-year-old cat, and S has two crazy dogs. We all make sure to keep things clean and comfortable for everyone.
