These cozy and standard sized rooms provide the perfect space to relax and recharge, tailored to fit your personal style and furnishings. These units both have queen sized beds, tv stands with smart TVs, and one has a desk included. The closet includes shelves and hanging rods!

All rented rooms include coded door locks for privacy!

Residents of all room can take full advantage of beautifully appointed shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen which includes a large communal refrigerator/freezer, a communal dining room with a large dining room table, and a comfortable communal living room, perfect for unwinding or hosting friends. There are two full baths, one upstairs, and one downstairs, both are communal. There is also a full pool bathroom in the backyard! A cleaning service comes monthly to clean common areas and bathrooms. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom for all tenants to use.

The backyard includes a 10 foot maintained diving pool, with plenty of covered areas to entertain and relax. A gas barbeque grill is available for use. A fire pit is located in the backyard for cool fall and winter days!

There are 3 cats that reside in the backyard. The cats never come in the large 5 bedroom home.

The home is close to 3 major hospitals, Dental schools, the flight school at Falcon Field, and Intel is about 30 min drive.

Currently, there are two rooms available in this large home, with the others already occupied by friendly and respectful tenants, as well as tiny house in the backyard that is also occupied, fostering a welcoming and harmonious community. Lease Terms: The minimum lease term is 1 month. A security deposit of $500 is required, as well as a $100 cleaning fee. Utilities are INCLUDED in the price of your rent! This includes electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet!

Other Terms: This property does not allow couples, children, or overnight guests. We host a lot of traveling nurses and business executives, and expect a quiet and respectful environment for those working from home, or sleeping at odd hours. Pets are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are two parking spots in the driveway, and ample street parking. No drugs or smoking are allowed on property.
