I am charging $800 a month if it is for one occupant. For couples it would be $1,066 a month with a $400 refundable deposit. Please provide me with two references that I can speak to. Preferably 2 references that you have previously resided with. Please no pets or children. The condo complex has the following amenities:

- 2 swimming pools
-A tennis court
-Quiet neighborhood
-Gated community
-washer and dryer inside of the unit
-1 covered parking spot
-You will have your own bathroom

I do not allow smoking of cigarettes or marijuana in the condo. If you are on a monthly lease please give me a 30 day notice. If you are on a yearly notice please give me a 60 day notice. This is a single occupancy unless it is a couple who is interested in moving in together. Respectfully I do not rent to tenants who are on probation or parole.
