About Me
Living with me is pretty easy. I'm easy going, flexible, understanding, you don't walk on eggshells, I respect others, I like communication, I do what I say, I have a sense of humor (helps me lead a happier life), I enjoy cooking, watching action, comedy, thriller, comedians, documentaries, and definitely scary movies! I love animals, music, travel, adventure, gardening, the outdoors, crafting, beading, card games, board games, word games, remodeling houses, restoring furniture, working with my hands, hand tools, power tools, and I love to laugh and have good times.

I am not greedy and I love to give. I like making and seeing people laugh! I like it when people are happy! I've always been the type of person to put others first before me. But, I will not set myself on fire to keep others warm.

I have a full-time job so I'm gone most of the day. It's just me and my cat Kiki of 7 years. If you have one cat that you think can get along with other cats we can try and see if they'll get along. I mean my cat's not mean or anything and she doesn't start fights, but she's never really been around a lot of cats. And she definitely does not like dogs. She's always been kind of a loner. I brush her everyday and her litter box never has an odor. She's my alarm clock in getting up, and going to bed lol.
I live in a pretty quiet neighborhood located on Thunderbird blvd., close to Grand off 111th. Ave. Fry's is on Grand and 107th as well as many other stores.
If you go to church, you're in luck! There's one right across the street on Thunderbird from the condos. It's a 1 minute walk away.
I only have and handfull of friends that visit from time to time. They're are also easy going.

I'm a firm believer in putting things back where they were found. It keeps frustration levels down from having to constantly look for something.

I do my dishes as I use them, (although I'm not perfect), and I like to be fair when dealing with the household chores.

Utilities would be split evenly. They include: Gas, electric, and a soft water system which provides fresh drinking water through osmosis, with soft water throughout the house.

If you want internet, I don't have a problem getting it. Personally, I don't need it because I just mirror my phone to my TVs. But if you did, I would be willing to pay half.

I am a light smoker. I smoke about a pack a week. I do smoke in the house and I keep the ashtrays clean. If you are a smoker, I don't mind if you smoke in the house provided you are responsible smoker.
Cannabis is okay, but if you smoke it on a daily basis, I would prefer you to smoke it in your room with the window cracked or near an open door or window. I smoke it once in a great while, but I would rather not have the constant smell of cannabis in the house.

I don't like it hot in the house, so I keep it fairly cool which is around 70° to 73°

You would be responsible for purchasing and preparing your own food, although I don't mind once in a while cooking and sharing mine.
You don't need any dishes pots or pans. I basically have everything you need in the kitchen.

The room is unfurnished. Outside under the porch there are two industrial shelf-racks that are available if you need extra storage space.

I give people the respect they give me.
