Hello, my name is Chrystyne, and I’m a 70-year-old woman looking to rent out a room in my single-family home here in Sun City. I’ve lived here for many years and truly enjoy the peace and quiet of this neighborhood.

The room is newly painted with clean carpet and is ready for move-in right away. Rent includes all utilities (electricity, water, and Wi-Fi), so there are no extra bills to worry about. You’ll also have access to safe parking at the home.

The location is excellent – close to the Sun City recreation centers, pools, and activities, and just a short drive to the 101 freeway for easy access to the rest of the Valley.

I am looking for someone who would like to stay at least one year, with a small deposit to get started.
