About the home:
In this 2500 sq ft home, your room would be located upstairs. There is a spacious loft area upstairs that you may use as your own as well.
Your bathroom would be shared, but you would have your own sink and side of the counter & it is a very clean maintained space.
We have permission from the landlord to paint, so if that is something you’re interested in you may paint your bedroom as long as it’s returned to the original color when you move out.
The house includes a backyard and pool for you to enjoy. We also have a hot tub being installed soon.

Pets:
We do have one dog and one cat, who are very friendly and loving with each-other. However, the dog doesn’t get along with other dogs so we cannot accept an additional dog, but if you have a cat that is okay. He loves cats and smaller animals. No pet fee will be charged.

About us:
We are three women, ages 26-29, who are very respectful and outgoing. We live in a quiet environment and respect each-others space, but we of course hang out and do things together. We are very particular about keeping a clean space, so if you are someone who loves a clean environment this is the perfect home for you.
We often cook dinner, watch movies, play games, and drink outside by the pool together.
This is a 100% drama free house and would like for it to remain that way.

Prices:
$500 refundable deposit due before or on move in.
$1250 flat fee for rent due on the first of every month.
Your rent will include all utilities and amenities.
Again you will have free access to the whole house and outside area. We would love for you to make this your home and feel comfortable.

Move in:
We did just freshly paint the room (closet doors will be re installed before move in) but the space is ready now so we are open to an early move-in, but we are looking to at least have you moved in by the 1st of May.
