About the Home: Clean, modern home with rooms available unfurnished. You’ll share the kitchen, living room, and laundry with me and two other tenants. The common areas are fully furnished with nice furnishings, the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Parking would be street parking. Safe area, great location- whether you work in tempe or Scottsdale, or Phoenix we are right in the middle and 10 minutes from the airport. The home is currently full but we will have an opening January 1st, 2027 and are proactively looking for a roommate. We are about 300 yards from Vista del camino park which is lively and perfect for morning or afternoon walks.
