I have a medium-sized bedroom available in my home located in South Phoenix. Rent is $850 per month, and utilities are included.

Quiet home – we work most of the day
Shared common areas (kitchen, bathroom, etc.)
Pets:
We have two dogs who are mostly outside and one cat who stays indoors. Because of our current pets, we’re looking for someone with no pets, please.
We’re looking for a responsible, respectful, and clean roommate who is easy to communicate with and considerate of shared spaces.
