Large bedroom & modern house by Tempe ASU Airport

Hello my name is Kevin and I am looking for an individual to rent a nice big bedroom i have available for monthly rent of 650$. The room is clean and recently remodeled with fresh paint and carpet one year ago. The home is a modern 2005 built single story energy efficient house located near the airport and 24th Street and Broadway just west of Tempe ASU 5 miles.

House is well furnished but bedroom comes with just mattress if you would like to use or I will toss out or save and a with a nice window with blind and ceiling fan with light. House has two bathrooms two kitchens and three living rooms as you can see in the pictures.

If interested please send me a message telling me a bit about yourself and what you do for work and after work activities . Hoping to find four solid long term people. Would be great to find some hardworking or studying outdoor enthusiasts who like to hike and bike etc but good clean fun character people preferred above all else who are clean positive attitude and friendly and get along well with other roommates etc.

Month to month lease but long term 6 months or more preferred. Security deposit of one month plus first months rent to move in(650+650=1300$). I have been landlord for over 13 years now and have successfully rented my five rooms out to over 45 people. Besides this I also do lawn care in Minnesota in the summers and love to travel and car camp and ski out of my Prius.
