Room available!

Room (second story) includes utilities. Also happy to calculate utilities at 700 per month with utils split. (Most of the roomies prefer this but 800 flat is also available if you prefer). Includes bed nightstand desk chair and a few other pieces of furniture available if needed.

One female lives in the attached mother in law suite which is fully self contained with its own laundry and kitchen so no interaction/shared space with her.

You’d share the space with me and one female. You’d only share your bathroom with her. It has two sinks it’s not large but not small. Both of us are clean and chill. I like video games, board games, riding horses, hiking, outdoors stuff in general.

She works a lot so she mostly relaxes and watches tv or visits family and she’s a cook so she likes to make (and share) fun creations now and again. I’m also a pretty good cook and always happy to find a roomie who wants to cook together sometimes.

Lots of pantry space. Two fridges between the three of us. Shared storage space. Those are the basics. Let me know if you have any questions.
