1 vacant room in a 4 bed 2 bath home in Phoenix on the border of Tempe. Most major places like the airport, ASU Campus, and downtown are all within a 10-15 minute drive. Super large backyard. The house is secured with ADT with a keypad lock, and a ring video doorbell. The house is currently going though renovations currently, so the pictures will be a little bit outdated, and won't show the furniture in the house. But I will continuously be making improvements to the house over the coming months so you can have a better experience during your stay.

The room itself is 13'5" x 11'6"(~155 sq ft), as well as a small closet for storage. It also has it's own mini split A/C Unit.

I'm a software engineer as well as a dedicated dancer in the evenings, so I am not usually around much, but will always prioritize any needs or address any concerns that might occur during your stay here. All utilities are included. There is also an EV charger available, which is not included in the rent, and can be discussed if it's an option you're interested in!

My two roommates are also both dancers and have similar schedules. We do have kickbacks occasionally, so you are welcome to have people over as well, as long as we're respectful and effectively communicate with each other. We look forward to meeting you!
