Looking to rent my spare bedroom in my home in a gated community. I live here with my Bordoodle (non-shedding) so you must love dogs. If you’re on the couch he’ll want to be by your feet.

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen, dining, living room and backyard are shared. I have a pool but it’s not heated. You will have a parking spot in the driveway.

My home is 15 min from Downtown Phoenix and 20 min from Sky Harbor Airport.

I work from home 1 day a week and i’m in the office the other 4 days. I’m usually gone for 10 hours a day and spend my evenings walking my dog, playing tennis or studying. My Weekends are busy with tennis, hiking and visiting family and friends.

I do like to cook and would want my roommate to feel equally confortable in the kitchen if they like to cook as well.

I’m flexible with accommodations and i’m looking for a minimum of 1 month to 9 months (possibly longer) if the fit is right. If the move in date is in the middle of the month i’ll prorate the rent.
