Looking For A Dependable Roommate

Hello! I'm the home owner, Uriah. I have a roommate already, and he works, and I have a bulldog who is rarely at my house, if he comes over itll be on the on the weekends. We are looking for an individual who is reliable and dependable and who will pay their rent on time. There are solid ground rules. Let's talk about those!

1.) Clean after yourself
2.) Respect spaces (no intruding) shared bathroom
3.) All smoking is done outside (cigs / )
4.) Washing Machine and dryer are provided, detergent and dryer sheets are not
5.) Utilities / Wifi are included in rent
6.) Having company over is fine as long as you notify everyone in advance
7.) Food is not provided (sometimes it is)
8.) Respect everyone as we respect each other
9.) Rent can be paid multiple ways as long as the full amount is given 1 day prior to the 1st of the month

1.) Soft water and purified water systems
2.) Backyard work shop
3.) Backyard hangout spot (privacy)
4.) Utilities / wifi included
5.) Plenty of parking - 6 total empty spots
6.) Freeway is close, shopping and food places are very close
7.) Corner lot so only 2 neighbors - they are very cool
8.) You can paint your room if you want
9.) Rent will never increase (not like other places who usually increase every year.)
10.) Easy place to live in, we get along and have no drama here

*The house is furnished and we are getting more things, THE ROOM YOU ARE GETTING IS NOT. So with that being said, if you have stuff, we can help you move it in, no problem. If you're interested, let me know, we look forward to meeting you!
