Rooseelt Point Sublease

Looking for someone to take over my lease at Roosevelt Point in downtown Phoenix, starting in late May/ early June (dates are flexible). The entire unit is four bedrooms and each person has their private bathroom inside their bedroom. Only things that are shared are the washer and dryer, living room, kitchen and backdoor patio. There are three other people who live here (all males who go to ASU).
Rent is $895/ per month. Water, sewage, cable and internet are included in the rent. For electricity the complex gives you a $20 credit. Once you go over that $20 you are responsible for whatever the overage is. Since it's summer and you'll more than likely be running the AC, rent will come out to around $920-$930, really just depends on electricity usage. The lease DOES NOT come with a parking spot.
Roosevelt Point is about a 10 minute walk from Arizona State and is super close to a lot of bars and restaurants. Besides for First Friday the area is usually pretty quiet. If you're interested in the unit, feel free to message me or give me a call. Thank you!
