Unfurnished Room For Rent: $775/Monthly - 11 month lease, $775 security deposit.

All utilities included (electric, city services, pest control, WiFi/internet). Seeking clean, reliable roommate who is preferably a single tenant with no pets or children and furbaby friendly. We do not have any children but do have cats and a dog which you would not be responsible for caring for at all. But they do love people, so they may bother you to pet them, from time to time 🐾.

You’ll have full access to kitchen, living room and laundry room (front loading washer and dryer). As far as household needs including groceries, you would be responsible for that. We have cleaning materials in the common area and you can use our dishes, utensils and paper towels, etc. You would have designated cabinets in the kitchen as well as you own shelf and drawer in the fridge and freezer space.
