I am looking for a roommate for a spacious 3 bed 2 bath house when my roommate leaves mid January. I am a little flexible on the move in date.
I am a grad student and my other roommate is a teacher.

We are located in an HOA controlled, quiet community, close to ASU/ UA Downtown Phoenix campus (<15 min), ASU Tempe campus (20 min) and South Mountain hiking trails. You will have your own private room and parking spot in the garage and share a bathroom with one other person.
Crossroads are Baseline Rd and 16th St
We are looking for a female roommate:
-No smoking or drug use
-Neat
-No pets please (I am allergic)
-Respectful of our schedules (both of us are working full time)
-Communicative
-Looking for a longer term stay

Shared areas (living room, kitchen, dining room, & laundry room) are furnished but your room will be unfurnished.
House is equipped with security cameras, reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration, and a water softener system.

Monthly rent is $700
-Includes water, electricity, trash/sewage, and high speed internet.
-$350 refundable security deposit is required upon move-in.
-Personal interview required
