Furnished Rooms - Chandler Mall Quiet Professional

My home is about 1500 sf, ranch style in the heart of Chandler. There is plenty of street parking right in front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms plus my space across from the rest of the house, including a master bedroom/bathroom with a spacious closet, a rain shower, a 55" tv, a desk, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a very comfortable queen bed. The smaller room has a 32" tv, a mini fridge, small desk, and a spacious closet. Access to the kitchen, patio, pool, and laundry room is available.

I have a roomate of two years, he is a professional as well and very quiet. If you like to party (nothing wrong with it), speak loud on the phone, play loud music, etc, this is definitely not the place for you. I also follow a strict policy regrading guests, and as per definition, a guest is someone staying NO MORE than 10-14 days in A SIX MONTH PERIOD, no exceptions, beyond this, the guest may be legally be considered a tenant, and being grounds to be added to the lease, or leave, of course incurring monthly costs. I had issues regarding this recently and try to be as transparent as I can to avoid any possible problems. My home is very safe and I try to keep it maintained. Rent includes all utilities, pool service, and landscaping.
