Hello my name is Frank and I’m looking for a roommate. I’m currently in school full time at GCU, and I have some side businesses. Looking for someone responsible, with a job, clean and organized. Someone who does not smoke or drink. No deposit, all utilities included, including internet. I do have a black lab but he’s kennel trained and potty trained. No cats, but willing to discuss the possibility of another dog even though I prefer no other animals. It is quiet and peaceful at my apartment and would like it to stay that way.
