* Bathroom: Located across the hall. It is a full bathroom reserved for you one other roommate and occasional house guests (the landlord has a separate bathroom).

* Outdoor Oasis: Heated swimming pool, outdoor grill, cozy fire table, and outdoor TV—perfect for relaxing after work or on the weekend.
* Entertainment & Rec Space: Pool table indoors, plus a newly renovated, air-conditioned garage "man cave"/rec room underway!
* Living Space: Big, fully equipped kitchen with tons of room to cook and spread out.
* Parking: Plenty of hassle-free parking available.

* Guests & Noise: Occasional overnight guests are ok. Weekend BBQs is A+ However, to keep a productive and peaceful work-from-home environment, quiet hours and minimal guest traffic during weekday hours are preferred.
