Looking for clean, responsible female

Hi everyone!

We are looking for a clean, responsible female 25-40 to rent a room in our house in Peoria (Lake Pleasant & Deer Valley)

I am a 29 year old female who works full time and will be going back to school soon. In my spare time I read, garden, hike, kayak, and play with my two pups.

There is another 23 year old female in the house. She is in school full time at Midwestern to become a PA. She also loves to read, cook, play with the dogs, and garden but obviously spends most of her time studying. You would be sharing a bathroom with her.

We are looking for someone clean, responsible, kind, and who would want to hangout every so often too! We keep a very calm, chill vibe in the house.

Must be okay with dogs. My boys are very sweet, and well trained. There are gates blocking their access to your room and the front living room if you need some space from them.

There is storage in the garage and in the 3rd spare bedroom that doesn’t get rented out. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. However, I do have security cameras up that you will have access to. I have all the furniture needed for living rooms & dining room and you are welcome to use all of it. Only thing that is unfurnished is your bedroom.
