The home is in a 55+retirement community and the property mgmt. requires a background check at 35.00 per person before any contract can be signed between landlord and tenant. Private room has hardwood floors. It is furnished with a queen bed, mirror, 2 dressers, wall storage and a decent size closet. There are no stairs and you will have your own covered parking space. There are 2 refrigerators on the property so you can keep all your beverages cold and still have room for food. All new appliances and air conditioner in the 3-bedroom unit. Only 2 total persons will be living here. One bedroom is an office. Tenant is responsible for own phone and any streaming service they want besides the ones that landlord has already has (these can be changed or cancelled by landlord at any time and shall not affect contract). Community has a pool, large hot tub, weight room, library, pool table, and TV room with cable for your sports viewing. Management company requires background check. There is a Labrador Retriever on the premises so you would need to love dogs. He loves people. Unfortunately no other dogs are allowed.
