Private room with Shared bathroom

The photos we have for the room itself are from the leasing company website due to the current roommate living in there. For the “bills included”, we mean that $750 includes: rent, wifi, water/trash/sewer. Electric is seperate and can vary strongly depending on the time of year, range is $50-$150 per person.

The room itself is very cozy and is set in the far end of the house. It is right next to the bathroom as well as being the most tempurature regulated part of the house. This listing is for the bedroom, however we are looking for someone who would be added to the lease as a third tenant. Therefore we are also willing to split the house as a whole. For example, you have any decor ideas, furniture, etc…feel free to add to what is already here :)

The neighborhood is amazing. Everybody on our street, except us, own their home and are very welcoming and helpful. We are within walking distance to a nice circle k gas station as well as a park. There are multiple grocery stores, walmart, frys, safeway, within the city block. We are also convieniently located next to two major highways, the 101 and Grand Ave, but just far enough to ensure our neighborhood does not get alot of traffic, so it is very peaceful at night. We are also a short distance from the Arrowhead mall and that entire market area.

ABOUT THE ROOMIES:
Me (Alexis): I am a 20 year old, full-time student and Full-time employee. So when I leave for the day in the morning I often am not back until later in the evening. However, on my days off, I am mostly at home either doing some of my hobbies or completing schoolwork. I started my university journey with Architectural studies. So during the ending of a semester, I will most likely pick a small corner in the living room for project building. I make sure to keep it secluded and out of the way though. I also have a 2 year old german shepherd named Gunner. He loves people and has never had any issues with being around new people.

Kattie: She is a 22 year old female, also a full-time student and full time employee. She likes baking and also trying new recipes. She is also my cousin, so we have known each other for a long time. She has 1 dog as well, named Vanilla Bean. Vanilla Bean is basically Gunner’s girlfriend, so they will often play with each other or cuddle. The 2 dogs keep each other busy which means they do not bother us. When she is home, she is often in her room on her pc, or sitting out reading (we both have a lot of books). She also has a few lizards that she keeps in her room as well.
