$650 plus utilities. My roommate Steve and I have a room for rent. Our other roommate just moved in with his girlfriend. You will have your own room, shared bathroom, and access to the kitchen, living room, backyard, and garage. We are both teachers and coaches. We are very busy and on the go often. We are clean, but not clean freaks. We go out occasionally and don’t mind if you like to have a good time as well.
