Room for Rent near Old Town Peoria

Room for rent in my single family home near Old Town Peoria. All utilities are included, and you will have access to all the common areas. The bathroom will be shared with two other roommates. There is a second fridge in the kitchen for roommates. Two cats and a rescue dog live on the property so you must be pet friendly, and as such, I cannot accept any more pets. This room is for one single person, no couples or children. Absolutely no smoking. There is plenty of neighborhood street parking.

The room is 10’x9.5’, can be furnished or unfurnished, and rent is $650/month including all utilities. I accept Zelle and Venmo as payment methods.

GCU is 15-20 minutes away, GCC is 7-10 minutes away, and ASU West is 17-20 minutes away.

About me: I’m 34 years old, I’m the homeowner, I work in IT, and mostly keep to myself and have my own routines.

This is an open-minded, liberal household, and clean, responsible roommates are preferred.
