New build and furnished

2 rooms are for rent or if someone wants to rent the entire upstairs that would be fine. Upstairs is 2 rooms 1 bath and loft living space. I will adjust price to 1500 if someone wants rent the whole upstairs. We work most of the day then come home to cook dinner and go to bed. We are very easy going. I would say the only thing that is crucial is that the house stays clean. Looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and isn’t afraid to help around the house. On weekends we might have a friend over but usually just chill listen to music and in bed by midnight type. Feel free to ask any questions
