Located within one mile of the Fry's food and also Paradise Valley Golf Course/Paradise Valley Community College... so right near Bell Road and the 51 Freeway interchange.

The home is a single-story home at the end of a cul de sac on a one way street, so there’s very little traffic and a very peaceful, super quiet home.

Currently, There is one room available with a shared bathroom across the hall. Please note that the room is just big enough for a queen bed and a small desk/chair. There is a 55" TV which you are free to use. The rest of the house is shared, including a large back yard with artificial grass in some spaces, open kitchen with space for a desk or bench still, and one main living/family room with couches/big TV.

You would be sharing the home with one female (35) and one male/homeowner(49 - works from home). We are friendly and considerate with shared spaces, while also respecting privacy and personal routines. We are both extremely flexible with routines and small noises as long everyone is considerate. The main concern is that you fit in with the home/roommates and we can always adjust if needed. This is a respectful household with clear boundaries and consideration for private/shared spaces.

This home is a safe, shared living setup, and a low stress home for everyone. This is a great fit for someone looking for a chill, peaceful place to live. We found that shared living works best when everyone is respectful and communicative.

You will meet both roommates and view the home and see if it feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to bring pets when you come by.
