The house is located within one mile of the Fry's food and also Paradise Valley Golf Course and Paradise Valley Community College... so right near Bell Road and the 51 Freeway.

My home is a one-story Ranch style house at the end of a Cul-De-Sac on a one-way road... So your rooms have almost NO traffic and a TON of peace and quiet.

There are two rooms available, separated by closets, with a private bathroom across the hall. Please note that the rooms are just big enough for a queen bed and a small desk/chair. One room has a 55" TV which you are free to use. The rest of the house is shared, including a living room with couches, a La-Z-Boy, and a 75" TV.

You can have a very rare 2 room setup... in a house... with the bedroom, private bathroom, and an office/den/storage etc. There will be a discount on rent and deposit for someone wanting the 2-room setup. All people/friends/couples are welcome and will be a little more... everyone uses utilities, etc.

You will be sharing the place with one male(50-works from home). I am very flexible with your routines as long as bills are paid and everyone is considerate. My main concern is that you have verifiable income (or prepaid rent option). This will be a great fit for someone looking for a low-stress, peaceful place to live and Save a bunch of money per month. I rent out part of my home as a shared living setup designed to be quiet, stable, and low-stress.
