My home is a one-story, cul-de-sac home on a one-way road! So your room/home has almost NO traffic and a TON of peace and quiet.

The house is located within a mile of Paradise Valley Golf Course. So right near Bell Road and the 51 Freeway.

You will be sharing the place with one male(48). Very easy going. Work from home.

There is/are one or two rooms available, separated by a closet, with a private bathroom across the hall. Please note that the room(s) are small, just big enough for a queen bed and a small desk/chair.

The room/rooms are available to one person, friends, or a couple. IF renting both rooms, there will be a large con$deration. ALL Pets Welcome. Kids not welcome Adult home.

I get along with everyone and as long as you pay your bills and are a responsible, decent human being, this will be a great fit for the short term to $ave while also being in a quiet place.

-Deposit required. Collateral considered.
-Must be able to pass a background check.
-ALL types of employment/income accepted
-The only rule is respect. Otherwise no rules or strict times of quiet.

1 room is $700/$800 (+/-). If renting both rooms $1100(+/-).
