Located within one mile of the Fry's food and also Paradise Valley Golf Course/Paradise Valley Community College... so right near Bell Road and the 51 Freeway interchange.

The home is a single-story home at the end of a cul de sac on a one way street, so there’s very little traffic and a very peaceful, super quiet cul de sac calm that is right by the freeway.

Currently, There is one room available with a shared bathroom across the hall. Please note that the room is just big enough for a queen bed and a small desk/chair. There is a 55" TV which you are free to use. The rest of the house is shared, including a big back yard with artificial grass in some spaces, open kitchen with space for a desk or bench still, and one main living/family room with couches/big TV.

You would be sharing the home with one female (35) and one male/homeowner(49 - works from home). We are friendly and considerate with shared spaces, while also respecting privacy and personal routines. We are both extremely flexible with routines and small noises as long everyone is considerate. We do some cooking/movie nights.... then back to our own routines for a few days or whatever. The goal is simply to find someone who is comfortable in a shared living environment.

-All Pets considered. (There is one very quiet older male cocker spaniel in the home that loves all animals)
-Verifiable income required (Unless paying in advance)
-Depo$it required. Willing to work with you/Collateral considered.
-Must be able to pass a background check.
-Smoking is okay if it doesn’t create strong or lingering odors in the home. Cannabis friendly home.
-Adult beverages are fine as long as it doesn’t disrupt the household.

You will meet both roommates and see the home and see if it feels like a good fit. You’re welcome to bring any amount of family/friends/guests/pets when you come by to see the place.
