I have a small four bedroom house the room that I’m looking to rent has its own entrance and I have a barn door that allows you to have privacy along with your regular door from the room. The room is Furnished with a bed bookshelf and a desk huge desk. There’s not a lot of closet space . We share the kitchen living room room you have your own bathroom but if there’s another guest, let’s say I invited a guest then they could share that they can use that Bathroom or mine. It doesn’t matter. I’m pretty easy-going. I have three small dogs and one big dog you have to love animals, especially dogs if you’re going to live here have a pretty huge backyard. I take care of my dogs. They’re very important to me. There’s a laundry room. We share the dryer and the washing machine that is located in the laundry room. There’s no extra room to put anything in there. You’re basically renting a room that includes utilities. I do expect for us to have a clean space so alternating cleaning floors and taking out the garbage and everybody does their own dishes and I have a space for a pantry and a space for the refrigerator. We can talk about the details on the rest of the things or anything that else is important.
