Room for Rent - N Phx

3 bed 1bath house, bedroom and office room for rent. Looking for a reliable roommate who can generally align with my values and maybe even share some interests. I am a fairly active person but have my share of being around in the house. I cook fairly often, try to keep a clean house but not spotless, overall pretty easy going and communicative, enjoys a good mix of being social and solitary. I do host a twice monthly meeting for a neighborhood community group but usually keep it in the yard and not in the house. Current roommates move out last week of June, can provide pictures of rooms upon request once rooms are packed up more.
