1 bed with shared bath in 3 bd house North Phx

Hello! I have 1 bedroom and a shared bathroom (with one other female renter) available for rent in a 3bed/2 bath house that I also own and live in, and am looking for a second roomie. I am looking for another female roommate only since I am a woman and this is my home that I live in and will be sharing.

Rent includes all utilities.

I work full time M-F, some days in office some days at home. Other renter is a clean, quiet, female professional who also works M-F but works early hours and comes home evenings.

I have two quiet and sweet cats and cannot take in anymore pets, so please be pet free, not allergic to cats, and someone who actually loves cats :)

I love to hike, kayak, travel, ride horses, and have a bunch of houseplants. Current roomie loves sports and also enjoys hiking and kayaking and travel.

There is street parking right in front of the house. Rent includes all utilities; electric, water, trash, wifi, and washer and dryer.

I live in a very quiet neighborhood in Deer Valley right off the 101, I-17, and the 51, so it's super easy to get anywhere you need to go in the valley or up north.

I have great neighbors and am a short drive to Lookout Mountain for hiking and great views. Lots of shopping on Bell Rd and 7th St for all your needs; Target, Sprouts, Walgreens, Fry's, tons of restaurants etc.

Looking for someone currently employed or a student with job/ steady income. Prefer someone who works days. Need proof of income please.

I keep a clean and calm home and I expect the same from roommates. Nonsmokers only please. Would have to pass a criminal background check.
