!!THIS IS A SHARED UNIT!! Bright, clean room available with modern wood vinyl flooring and fresh neutral paint. Spacious layout with a large walk-in closet and plenty of natural light. Bathroom features an updated vanity, mirror lighting, and a full tub/shower. Well-kept and move-in ready. Only a "move-in cost" of $550 required to move in. Note this is the cost for the month of February not a security deposit! Pets welcome! We love furry friends. Month-Month, or Long term/ Short term stays available.

We're a small family my husband and I, our two daughters, and our ESA dog. We're often out and about, and when we're home we usually keep to ourselves. We enjoy music, and reading, but mainly we're at work. We keep a respectful, welcoming home environment and value communication and mutual consideration.
