Fabulous house in Triple Crown

We are looking for a renter on a six month lease for a house we own in Triple Crown north of Bell on the east side of Tatum. It's a beautiful neighborhood with nature and a couple parks. This is a small unfurnished bedroom; the rest of the house is furnished and is spacious with a big eat in kitchen, a family room, living and dining room. There is a bathroom specifically for this room but it is not en suite. $750 a month with $500 security deposit. Our 30 year old son lives has the master bedroom though he's not there all the time due to out of state law school. The other roommate is a nice young single guy in his twenties. Our son brings a cat home when visiting so probably no pets but we can discuss. The house has a big back yard with fruit trees and we handle landscaping. Please contact if interested!
