North Phoenix Townhouse Roomie

Furnished bedroom available in a cozy two-story townhouse in North Phoenix. The room is upstairs, next to the primary bedroom and a shared full bathroom, and comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk and chair, nightstand, dresser, and closet—easy move-in, no hauling furniture.

The main living areas are downstairs and include a kitchen, dining space, and living room, plus a half bath. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer, and a small back patio with two fruit trees and a BBQ grill—great for hanging out or grilling. The community also has a pool.

The location is super convenient. There are about five grocery stores within a six-minute drive, tons of fast food and sit-down restaurants nearby, and several gyms (EOS, LA Fitness, and Planet Fitness) within five minutes. Lots of shopping close by, and quick access to the I-51 makes getting around easy.

I have two Doberman Pinschers—Duchess (girl) and Riot (boy) that are almost 7 years old and total sweethearts. They’re very well-behaved, super loving, and easy dogs to be around. Since I travel for work, I’m looking for a roommate who’s comfortable helping out a bit with the dogs—mainly feeding them and letting them outside during the day when I’m away. I already have a dog walker, so there’s no expectation to walk them. The rent is discounted, and utilities covered, to compensate for the dog help.
