We're looking for a clean, responsible, and (reasonably) friendly new roommate to take over the master bedroom in our 3bed 2bath home. Room is spacious, with a walk in closet, shower, and jack and jill sinks. Perfect for couples or singles. Roommates are two females in their early 20s, both young professionals, very quiet and clean. We also have a rabbit and a large dog. We're open to more pets provided ours can get along well!
We're located in North Phoenix right off both the 101 and 51, close to... Pretty much everything! No garage, but we do have a covered carport and plenty of space to park whatever you have. We're pretty flexible on price, feel free to ask if you need a little leeway (now or whenever). Utilities vary monthly but expect to pay somewhere in the realm of $100-$150.
