About Us:
We are a quiet, friendly, and respectful couple who both work regular schedules (one of us works from home during the day). We value a calm and harmonious living environment. We're very clean and responsible, and in our free time, we love begin cozy, reading, watching horror movies, playing games, and are obsessed with everything Halloween!

The Financials:

Rent is $600 per month.

Utilities (including electricity, gas, and internet) are split evenly three ways

A Few Things We're Looking For:
We're looking for a female roommate who shares our same values. We're looking for someone who is a non-smoker, reliable with rent, and established in their career or a dedicated student. Our home is a peaceful sanctuary, so we're looking for someone who shares those values.

We have a very friendly and lovable cat who needs to be the only cat in the house, but she's happy to get all the attention and pets you're willing to give her!
