Housemate / Roommate - Room / Bedroom for Rent

Looking for a reliable & trustworthy housemate/roommate. Preferably, long-term (6 months or more). Single-story household with 3 bedrooms (only 1 bedroom available for rent). The bedroom is semi-furnished with a full-size bed (room is approx. 9.5' × 11'). You'll have your own private bathroom. And, yes, you will be the ONLY housemate here. The homeowner (me) is an elderly (late 70s), semi-disabled veteran. "Old-school", conservative Christian, originally from Texas.

The ideal housemate/roommate should have solid income (either employed or self-employed); respectful/mindful of personal space & boundaries; a sense of honor & integrity (you honor your word); clean/hygienic; non-smoker (and if you drink, do so responsibly); possess and/or have an understanding of Christian values; values peace & quiet within the home (no drama, no stress).

Any further questions, feel free to inquire. The residence is tucked away in a safe & quiet neighborhood (despite being a fairly busy area) located in North Phoenix near Union Hills Drive & 7th Avenue (85023); close to several shops & restaurants, and easy access to the I-17 & 101.

All of this for $700 per 1st of the month (utilities included). $200 security deposit upon moving in; refundable upon moving out. Pre-screening & background check will be conducted. Have a valid driver's license, at least 3 references and be prepared to go over a rental agreement. Initially, if things go well through text & call, then we'll move forward by first meeting at the McDonald's nearby and go from there; this is to ensure both parties (you & the homeowner) are safe and trust can be established.
