Large Furnished room 250 weekly North Phoenix

I have a large room available in a beautifullly furnished beautiful home there's a spare living room for the roommates only The house is divided into two sides I the landlord is on one side and then the roommates are on the other side so everyone has their privacy. We live in a very nice upscale gated community . I have a small chiwinnie 4 yrs old. She's very sweet and energetic, everyone loves her. A small dog or cat is welcome with an additional deposit. We have a totally secure backyard. Like a little enchanted patio backyard area. The room is large fully furnished and has a T. V and 5G Wi-Fi. House is beautifully furnished with a spare living room just for the roommates it divides the house so there's plenty of space for everyone to have their own space all appliances you could want in the kitchen ,washer and dryer in the laundry room and enchanted little patio and backyard fully secured yard. I have one female roommate who's 38 very neat and tidy cleans up after herself and kind very calm and generous pitches in on a household chores and Staples for the house staples such as paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, cleaning supplies etc. as I expect everyone to pitch in for those things. I'm a state certified caregiver and behavioral health tech. Im looking for some one respectful honest financially, stable, independent, I'm looking for a calm stable safe long-term situation looking to rent the room as soon as possible and would like the rent paid weekly $250 a week plus the $250 deposit. So $500 total to move in right away I'm getting lots of interest so please contact me soon if you're interested so we can get you in. Must be able to comfortably afford the room so that you're not always poor and unable to pitch in for household supplies and unable to pay rent on time etc. I will not tolerate any late rent or not having money for household supplies.
