The bedroom and bathroom I have for rent are both private and can be furnished or not. There is driveway or street parking. Washer and dryer. Rent includes all utilities; electric, water, trash, wifi. I live in a very quiet neighborhood off the 101, I-17, and the 51, so it's super easy to get anywhere you need to go in the valley or up north.
I have great neighbors and am a short drive to Lookout Mountain for hiking and great views. Lots of shopping on Bell Rd and 7th St for all your needs; Target, Sprouts, Walgreens, Fry's, tons of restaurants etc.
Looking for a FEMALE professional, non-smoker, who has a full time job, job security, and keeps a clean home. No recent criminal background please. I am friendly and easy to get along with and keep a quiet home and am looking for someone who prefers the same.
