Posting for my mom.

Room for rent in a quiet Christian home. No smoking, drinking or illegal drugs. Must have good references and steady verifiable income.

Room is fully furnished and has a 32” smart tv wall mounted. Use of kitchen and living room as well as a large yard. The bathroom is shared with other roommate , but has another room open as well.

Prefer responsible, respectful, Christian female roommate.

Home has security system and a no open window rule. Quiet hours are between 9pm -7am.

My mom has an old ShihTzu who is 16 years old and deaf and losing his sight. He doesn’t bark and is a very sweet old man.
