Hi! I'm Jules. I am a friendly, outgoing, non-smoking professional who works from home. I would love to share my beautiful space with you! I am located in NORTH Phoenix (I17 and Dove Valley).

I am pretty open to anything, I don't mind if you smoke (please do so outside), I will consider cats and small dogs only. I love ALL DOGS but my kitties are scared of large dogs (I have 2)! I am not into loud/large parties, I'm TOTALLY fine with gatherings and you having friends over - the more the merrier but I'm beyond the "party phase"! I am respectful of other people's space, DRAMA free and I ask the same.

I am looking between $1500-$2000 ($2k for a couple)/month. I have a furnished bedroom but can remove the furniture if you want to bring your own. I have a couple of bedrooms you can choose from, I'm happy to move my furniture around to accommodate whatever you need! All of my rooms have TVs! You will have your own bathroom and a space in the garage if you like! You have free reign of my home, also, so don't feel obligated to stay in your room :)! I have a very peaceful/serene backyard with a gorgeous negative edge spa. You will find me there most nights and weekends!
