I have two rooms available that I would like to rent out to ONE person and you can make the 2nd room your office or whatever you please. The bedrooms have vinyl flooring and there is no carpet. This modern house built in 2017 has 2 bathrooms so you will also get your own bathroom. It is a 2 car garage so you will have a space in the garage to park your car.
I split time between here and another state so I am not home that often.
The house is in a gated community and is 7 miles / ~15 minutes from Arizona State University
9 miles /~15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale
8 miles / ~12 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport

About me:
One working professional female who lives part time in AZ and part time in CA. My career is in Cali but I am hybrid. I am clean and enjoy my peace and quiet but enjoy being social when the time is right. In my free time I love traveling, working out, finding new coffee shops, restaurants and bars. I mostly meal prep but love a good meal out. During the week I go to bed early and wake up early but weekends can vary if I go out. Sometimes I will have a friend or two over but usually not for long. I also have a cat that I co-parent, so she may be with me when I am in town.
