Roommate wanted 85225

Hi everyone, my name’s Chris I have a roommate moving out of our 2 bedroom apartment at the end of January so I’m looking for someone to take their place. I work full time and typically have the weekend off, most of the time I’m home I just kick back and don’t make too much noise. I’d really prefer to renew the lease once it’s up since it’s reasonably priced and in a really good location for me right off of N Arizona and W Elliot but I can’t afford it on my own. You’d get your own bedroom and bathroom, it’s on a second floor so there’s a balcony and the kitchen and living room are obviously yours to use too. I do have a cat who’s very friendly so you would need to be someone who’s fine with living with one. I try to be really respectful myself so all I ask is that you do the same and can be clean/pick up after yourself. The leasing office here is pretty flexible so we could discuss how long of a lease you’re looking for, rent right now for me is around $1600 after tax altogether and that includes utilities aside from electric which is separate. Rent can vary a little bit depending on the length of the lease. I’d be happy with anybody who can reliably bring in at least $800 for rent every month and split on electric as well as internet if you need it. I definitely have some wiggle room so I have no problem paying a little bit more than half of the rent. Anybody interested please shoot me a message
