Looking for a New FEMALE Roommate!

My roomate moved out recently and I'm looking for a new roommate to take her half of the lease. Here are some details:

- **Location: Safe and gated condominium complex located on I-17 and Thunderbird Road. Close to several grocery stores, parks, and public transportation.

- **Rent: $800 per month includes utilities. Lease is month-to-month and has a minimum lease term of three months

- **Room: 9x11’ bedroom with one window and a large mirror closet. It is currently furnished with a brand new queen bed frame and new CoolGel mattress. Includes a full private bathroom with shower and is not attached to the bedroom.

- **Apartment: The 2 bed, 2 bath condo is fully furnished with a smart TV, kitchen appliances, and a large balcony. The complex is quiet and includes amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, grills, laundry room, and an entertainment room.

- **Me: I am a 30 year old christian female. I am a physical therapist working full time at a hospital M-F with occasional weekends. Im not home most of the day due to my busy schedule. I enjoy hiking and playing tennis in my spare time. I would describe myself as clean, organized, and respectful. I am friendly but keep to myself for the most part. I have a valid level 1 fingerprint clearance card.

- **You: My current roommate is moving out. I am looking for another young FEMALE preferred professional. An ideal roommate would be clean and organized. No drugs or smoking indoors. No kids. A background check and proof of employment (or sufficient funds) are required by the landlord.
