This cozy and inviting bedroom is fully furnished with a full size bed, spring mattress, and quality linens. There are two dressers, a desk and chair, and a large rolling drawer under the bed.

You’re welcome to decorate it however you please. Make it comfy, make it cozy, make it home!

The bath is shared with a roomie who is only here a few days a week if that, so it would be pretty much yours for the most part.

Asking $700/mo plus $700 refundable deposit up front and utilities are $150 per month. Payments thru Zelle preferred.

There are forms - application, background check - but at no cost to you. There is a rental (sublet) agreement and a crime free addendum too, all in accordance with state and federal laws.

I am seeking a kind and gentle soul who is quiet during sleeping hours, respectful, and clean. Travel nurses and medical professionals are WELCOME here!

The no-nos are the same as anywhere else: no drugs, no smoking, no fighting, no drama, no destroying property or damaging furniture/household items, and no stealing. As per state law, the landlord has the right to review applications and approve occupants and has requested one person per room. Overnight visitors are allowed, but adding additional occupants is not. Thank you for understanding.
